Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. However, the Prescrip-Tec consortium accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the material on this site.

Which personal data do we collect and further process?

We will collect your name and email when you fill in the contact form or sign up to receive the newsletter.

The provision of this personal data is mandatory in order to benefit from the requested services.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will only keep your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing, namely for the duration of your activity in the site or for the duration of the PRESCRIP-TEC project.

How do we protect and safeguard your personal data?

All personal data in electronic format are stored on the servers of Connaxis Servicios de Marketing S.L. which is bound by the confidentiality obligations deriving from the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’ Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

In order to protect your personal data, Connaxis Servicios de Marketing S.L. has put in place a number of technical and organisational measures appropriate actions to address online security, risk of data loss, alteration of data or unauthorised access, taking into consideration the risk presented by the processing and the nature of the personal data being processed. Organisational measures include restricting access to the personal data solely to authorised persons with a legitimate need to know for the purposes of this processing operation.

Who has access to your personal data and to whom is it disclosed?

Access to your personal data is provided to the Connaxis Servicios de Marketing staff according to the ‘need to know’ principle.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have specific rights as a ‘data subject’ under Chapter III (Articles 14-25) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, in particular the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data and the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. Where applicable, you also have the right to object to the processing or the right to data portability.

You have consented to provide your personal data to Connaxis Servicios de Marketing S.L.for the present processing operation. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying it via email to contact@prescriptec.org

Your requests will be handled within a maximum of 10 working days.
